Odevo was founded in Stockholm with the clear ambition to build a new kind of leader in residential property management with tech at its core from day one.

  • Addressing structural inefficiencies by combining deep operational expertise with modern software.
  • Creation of a proprietary SaaS platform, laying the foundation for a scalable, tech-driven approach to property management.

International Expansion

It became clear that there were similar issues across markets with fragmented systems, manual processes, and limited digital support.

  • International expansion, entering the UK, Finland, and the U.S.
  • Odevo launched as the group name.
