Patrik Andreasson joined Odevo in 2025 as Head of Value Creation and has since played a central role in shaping the group’s strategic priorities. He brings experience from Google, BCG, and, most recently, as Chief Strategy Officer at Northvolt, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
He succeeds Oscar Södergren, who is leaving Odevo after more than eight years, most recently as COO and previously as the company’s first CFO. Oscar has played a key role in shaping Odevo’s journey, both in terms of strategic thinking and inspirational leadership: from leading our expansion into new markets to building the foundations for how we create value and work together across the group. Södergren and Andreasson will work closely together through the remainder of 2026 to ensure a structured handover.
