What made you want to join Odevo?
What inspired me was the opportunity to be part of real change. This was a company with both the ambition and the people to reshape an entire industry from the ground up. I saw the chance to help build something meaningful, a place where ideas move quickly, people challenge each other, and progress is constant. That’s what continues to excite me every day.
What fuels the ambition to reshape the industry?
It starts with the local champions, entrepreneurs who have built remarkable businesses on their own terms, and who now choose to come together to create something even stronger. That combination of shared ambition, strong entrepreneurship, and great people who genuinely challenge and learn from one another is what drives us forward.
With companies across multiple markets, how do you build a common culture without losing what makes each one unique?
Each company within the group has its own identity, and that’s part of what makes us strong. What unites us is The Odevo Way; we aspire to break new ground through innovation and cultivate a workplace where we help each other succeed, where ideas matter more than titles, and where kindness is a strength. It’s the shared mindset that helps us succeed as we grow.
Leadership is at the core of that. Rather than a top-down approach, we trust our local leaders to own their decisions because they know their markets, clients, and teams best. When people truly own their decisions, they grow, and that growth spreads across the whole organisation. As Daniel, our group CEO, often says, the fewer decisions the management team must make, the better. That means decisions are made where they belong, close to the client, by the people who understand the situation best. That’s the kind of leadership culture we work hard to cultivate across Odevo.
What draws people to Odevo?
