Daniel has served in senior executive roles at companies within media, e-commerce and payments. He was also co-founder of Minesto, a company that produces underwater power plants. Before his business career, he played football at an elite level for IFK Gothenburg. Daniel has a BA in Business Administration from the Gothenburg School of Economics and an MA in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Chalmers University of Technology.

Johanna has previous experience from payments, telecom and professional services, and most recently served as the Head of HR at Global Connect and at Bambora. Prior to that, Johanna worked several years in a variety of human resources roles at EY. Johanna holds a Master of Science in Business Administration from Mid Sweden University.

Emil is the CFO of Odevo and a member of the global management team. Prior to joining Odevo, Emil was the CEO of the fashion company Happy Socks. Before that, he spent eight years at the Swedish media group Bonnier, where he held various roles in strategy, finance, M&A, and lastly becoming the the CFO of Bonnier News. Emil holds a master’s degree in Business and Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics.

Adriana has experience from building a legal & risk function within a fast-growing company in a disruptive business from advising smaller start-ups and most importantly from her previous role a Head of Legal at Voi Technology. Prior to that, she worked at Vinge law firm, mainly focusing on M&A and commercial agreements. Adriana has an LLM (Masters of Laws) from Stockholm University.

Pasquale draws on considerable insight and experience in the Nordic and European banking and insurance sector. Before starting his role as Head of Financial Services at Odevo, he was one of the co-founders of MONU and prior to that he was a partner at EY Financial Services Organisation. In his role he has widely advised Nordic and European banks’ and insurances’ leaders in relation to capital and profitability optimsation, asset-liability mananagent, risk management & regulations, business development and financial modelling.

Thomas joined Conzignus Hem och Fastighet in 2005, which became Nabo in 2018, and is now part of Odevo. He created Odevo’s software and customer portal for homeowner associations and leads the company’s large development team. Prior to 2005, he was a business leader and developer in the computer gaming industry.

Jan has more than twenty years’ experience leading and scaling global product management and development teams. He has a background financial services, telecom, and pharma and with senior product positions amongst others in Nexi Group and MasterCard. Jan holds an MsC in Engineering Physics from Uppsala University, Sweden.

Chairman of Odevo U.K. and co-founder of Rendall & Rittner, Duncan Rendall has advised lessees and landlords in relation to freehold acquisitions, RTM applications and management disputes. He has been appointed by the First Tier Tribunal to manage several Central London schemes including the landmark Cascades development. He has an MBA from the London Business School and a BA in law from the University of Oxford.

Emil has been CEO of SBC since 2019 and before that CFO since 2017. He has been working in several senior management roles in international service producing companies within the security and elevator industry. Emil has also long board experience from the financial asset management and previously also a background as a certified public accountant at Ernst & Young. Emil has a Master’s degree in Economics and Business Administration from Uppsala University.

Oscar joined Nabo as CFO in 2018 and when Odevo established its brand in 2022, he transitioned to the role of CFO at Odevo. He now serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Odevo. Prior to joining Odevo, he worked as a management consultant in the financial sector at Oliver Wyman. Oscar holds a master’s degree in Industrial Engineering & Management from the Royal Institute of Technology, as well as a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Stockholm University.

Krister has worked in the property management industry throughout his career and joined MTR in 2007. Krister is involved in developing the quality and authorizations of property management in Finland. Krister holds BA in Business Administration from the Metropolia University of Applied Sciences.

He has a long and broad background from management consulting and international business, including Ernst & Young Management Consulting, Cordial Business Advisor and Business Sweden – the Swedish Trade and Invest Council. Henrik has been the CEO of Spectrum, JellyBird, Blue Lime Insurance, Mintfish Premium Finance, and Boardline Academy for the past five years. In this time frame, the group has experienced significant organic growth. The service product offered to our customers has been modernized and expanded, allowing for logic technical solutions and cost-effective management. Internally the group has developer a high-trust culture with numerous best Places to Work and Fast Track awards. Henrik is originally from Scandinavia but has lived in the U.S. for the past 30 years.

Paul co-founded KWPMC in 2004, building the Florida-based company into an industry leader with over 80,000 homes under management, 2,200 employees, seven regional offices, over $140 million in annual revenue and an average organic growth rate of 18% over the last five years. He is a Certified Public Accountant and Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM) who earned his MBA from the University of Miami and BBA from Tulane University. Paul’s community impact is significant, as he and his wife, Michele, cofounded the nonprofit foundation Families for Fragile X – the most common form of mental impairment – and he is involved in numerous organizations related to helping people with cognitive disabilities.

Chris Gilleland has been the president of William Douglas Management, Inc. since 2003. He received a BA in Business Management from North Carolina State University and is the author of two books on homeowner associations: In the Arena – The Board of Director’s Guide to the Successful Operation of a Homeowners Association and Hot Seat: The Practical Guide to a Homeowner Association Annual Meeting. With over twenty-five years of industry experience and two successful publications, Chris is an industry expert.

Alec is the CEO of the Vegner Group of businesses incorporating HML, Faraday, Dauntons Soar, B-Hive Property Solutions, Alexander Bonhill and Shaw & Company to name a few. He is a property professional with 35 years experience running businesses in the housing sector ranging from Estate Agents, Letting Agents, Leasehold Managers and Surveying practices. He has been in Group for some 10 years and has helped oversee significant change management during this time with technology around service delivery at its centre.
